What we collect
Contact form: when you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, company (optional), and message you provide, so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps prior to a contract for trade enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b)). If email notifications are enabled, the same details are transmitted to our email provider to deliver the notification.
Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve and secure the Site. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies
The public site sets one functional cookie (your theme preference) if you use the theme controls; it identifies nobody. Signing in to the site's administration area (staff only) sets strictly-necessary session cookies. We set no analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner.
Storage and retention
Enquiry data is stored in our database hosted with Cloudflare. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and maintain business records, then delete them. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Email hello@lenvanta.com and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
