Questions we actually get
Do you manufacture everything yourselves?
Boards and chassis are designed and built in our own facilities. A small number of passive components (fasteners, some connectors) are sourced from qualified suppliers we audit directly -- never anonymous drop-shipped parts.
Can you do a custom SKU for a fleet order?
Yes -- custom cable lengths, connector combinations, and chassis branding are all available above a minimum order quantity. Talk to sourcing for the current threshold.
What's your lead time?
Stocked SKUs ship within 2 business days. Custom or high-volume runs are quoted per order, typically 3-6 weeks depending on the production queue.
How do I get a QC certificate for a specific lot?
Every unit ships with a lot code printed on the label. Send it to sourcing@lenvanta.com and we'll send the QC record for that run.
