Coverage FAQ
Does Extended coverage apply retroactively to units I've already bought?
Yes, within 90 days of the original purchase date. After that, the unit needs to pass a quick condition check first.
What counts as a 'fault' for advance replacement?
Anything that stops the unit doing its rated job -- dead ports, dropped links, disappearing drives, thermal shutdowns. If we can't reproduce the fault, we'll say so and send the unit back with our test notes.
Is Trade coverage per-unit or per-fleet?
Per-catalogue. It's priced against the SKUs and volumes you actually carry and renews annually -- talk to sourcing for a quote.
